Every stairlift we install is maintenance free and comes with a limited lifetime warranty on parts and labor. We do not cover the batteries under the warranty.
Our team handles everything for you, including measurements, product education, installation dates, and support after your stairlift is installed. We believe in value, honesty, and long term peace of mind.
During your consultation, your safety consultant will take accurate measurements, answer questions, review features, and help you choose the right stairlift for your home. If everything looks good, you can select your installation date on the same day. Most customers are installed within one to two weeks.
We work best with people who want a high quality, long lasting stairlift with no maintenance required. We also work well with families who want to learn what to expect, want a reliable unit for their home, and want fast installation.
We are usually not the best fit for those who only need a stairlift for less than a year.
